I'm soooooooooooooo jumping right now!!!! They found the missing box!!!! and the dolls are on the WAY!!!!!!!!! yes, plural dolls!!! The reason they did not send them was cause I asked for an even exchange with the meet outfits. That was the delay! CS just called me on it! so I just exhcanged one of the dolls for another, as you know Toula moved in. And I may donate it. I am going to see when she arrives.
I'm so happy right now, and so glad AG worked it out for me. I thank them greatly from my heart!

Glad they found them for you! Hook me up with that CS- last time I called about an even swap on meet outfits, CS I talked to said "it can't be done."
I know-I've gotten that reply too. I'm getting a doll for the holidays and am wondering if I can excahnge the "meet" outfit in the store for another outfit. I doubt they'll let me, it will probably have to go through to CS.

Oh well Darth! Sell it on Ebay. I like the Ready For Fun Outfit, but we got it when we bought AGT#26.

Ria, you can exchange the meet outfits. I just did it with Marlot's. When you get the outfits, make a copy of the back of the pakcing slip, the return form section-- it won't be connected to the order number this way. Write in the item code (GMOG for Ready for Fun outfit, I believe) and the price. List your desired items and viola... in about 10 days, exchange items arrive.
This is how I was told to do it by a CS rep, and it worked out just fine. I sent back several items at that time and got a partial refund. You can't exchange the outfits when you order, but you can later. That's what the gal I talked to said. It' totally worth the tiny bit of postage you pay to get them back to WI.
Can't wait to see who you are getting!
